Why is Personal Evangelism important?

"Evangelism is to present Christ in the power of the Holy Spirit that men shall come to put their trust in God, through Him and, ac­cepting Him as their Lord, seek to serve Him in the fellowship of his Church. "

"What is meant by "Personal Evangelism?" It is seeking to reach that person beside you for Christ. It is hand to hand dealing with men and women, boys and girls. It is the individual reach­ing the individual. It is what Andrew did when he came to Christ and then immediately went to his brother Peter and quietly in a simple and conversational sort of way spoke to him of his great find and then led Peter to the Savior.
