 Apostle Roslyn Y. Samuel-Crossdale is a native of St. Croix, US Virgin Island; she attended and graduated William H. Taft High School in the Bronx, NY. Obtained her Doctoral Degree in Practical Theology, (Psychology) D.P.T, D. Th.P., in 2014 and her Master’s degree In Human Services (Social Work) 2010.

Apostle Crossdale passion has always been to enrich the lives of others. A woman after the heart of God, which are His people. Her ministry is about Faith; Healing; Love and Empowerment. Her heart is one of great compassion, and that compassion has led her life’s work and desire to help those that are broken and without hope, to minister healing and belief in God by Faith.

This compassion led her to open and operate Vision of Faith Outreach Ministry (Seeing You through Gods Eyes), a transitional living shelter for women and women with children faced with homelessness. She has taught women to see themselves as God sees them, empowering them through mentoring, education, and counseling.

Apostle Crossdale accepted Gods call to minister, was ordained in November 2009 and gave birth to Vision of Faith Ministries Inc., in 2010.

A servant-Leader from the beginning, Roslyn served faithfully for twenty-five years (25) in the United States Army before retiring in December 2010. She has attained many awards and distinctive honors from her service.

Apostle Crossdale posses a great number of admirable attributes; a leader; builder; teacher; shepherd; servant; a true woman of great faith. She is a successful entrepreneur, CEO of Helping Others To Succeed Inc, an employment agency for Acquired Brain Injury survivors; Executive Director of Vision of Faith Outreach Services Inc., a nonprofit community development corporation; rebuilding lives one family at a time; and Chancellor of Faith Theological Seminary School of Ministry.

Now enlisted in the army of God, Apostle Crossdale serves faithfully to wherever she is called. An advent prayer warrior, a successful business woman, wife, mother, sister and friend. Roslyn balances her tasks with unique skill and eloquence. She is the wife of Overseer Ian Crossdale, for twenty-five years; and the mother of five children Elizabeth, JeVaughn, Stephanie, Chardynea and Te’Nyer.
